MEET SCHAKARA
Story of Remembrance
I’m Schakara, the founder of Love & WithStand Soul School, a sacred space devoted to soul care, end-of-life education, and energetic healing. My path began in childhood, witnessing and supporting my family through the beauty and transformation of death. Those early experiences shaped my heart for this work — to help others navigate life, loss, and renewal with compassion and dignity.
Through Love & WithStand, I guide individuals and communities in remembering the sacredness of both living and dying. My offerings are rooted in ancient medicine, energy work, and authentic expression, weaving together mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking death doula certification, Reiki attunement, or personal soul care, my mission is to nurture your awakening — one breath, one ritual, one remembrance at a time.
This is more than a school. It’s a movement of remembrance, resilience, and renewal — where we learn to love deeply, live intentionally, and withstand with grace.

"My distance Reiki session with Schakara was incredible. I'm currently in PA and she performed Reiki with me from CO. Beforehand, I was honestly skeptical of the efficacy from a distance. However, I was pleasantly wrong! I had things come to me that I haven't experienced in other Reiki sessions before, and felt like I truly experienced some powerful healing. I felt like I was holding tension in my heart, throat, and crown chakras ( but I didn't mention that to her) and at the end, she mentioned she felt like I could use some cleansing in those exact spots.
